Unclad Vedic Intentional Divine Yoga <\/span>(UVIDY) <\/span>is a modern <\/span>evolution<\/span> of what in Sankrit is termed nagna yoga or vivastra yoga. It involves doing yoga in our most natural state –<\/span> completely unclad.\u00a0 Nude <\/span>yoga, <\/span>naturally! <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The goal <\/span>of UVIDY <\/span>is to completely eliminate <\/span>bodily <\/span>shame, <\/span> eliminate unhealthy <\/span>societal programming and\u00a0<\/span>inhibitions, and accepting\u00a0<\/span>the natural <\/span>imperfections <\/span>of our <\/span>true<\/span> selves<\/span>. UVIDY is Vedic Yoga.\u00a0 Vedic Yoga is the oldest form of Yoga dating back to the Rig Veda, which is possibly the oldest book in the world. It is the oldest Sanskrit text and the oldest work in any Indo-European language.
